About the Chef
Executive Chef: Gerardo Rivera
Master Chef Gerardo Rivera brings the culinary influences of Asia, South America and Mexico to Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos Golf & Spa, making it one of the most desired dining spots in Cabo. His experience is vast, including 10 years as Executive Chef for Leading Hotels, three years as Training Chef for several colleges and a TV Host for shows including “Television Gastronomic.” Chef Gerardo is a member of the French Culinary Academy, and his creations are considered culinary works of art, offering something to please every palate.

Your group can start the day with a daily champagne brunch buffet at this casual third-floor restaurant, or enjoy an à la carte dinner of Mexican, American and international dishes. Viña del Mar hosts two weekly theme nights of Mexican and Italian specialties, with seating options available indoors or on the terrace.
Rosato
This trattoria-styled, reservations-only restaurant overlooking the beach offers international fine dining with a touch of northern Italy. The elegant dining room features a marble bar, stylish murals and live piano music, and the wine bar offers a rich variety of choices. Terrace seating is also available.
Peninsula
Take a break from the morning’s meetings with savory seafood selections at this lively outdoor restaurant, offering al fresco dining between the sea and main swimming pool. After noon, snacks are available throughout the day. And when night falls, coffee and after-dinner drinks flow freely by the cozy fire pit.
Grand Club
Serving Grand Class guests only, the Grand Club offers an extended complimentary Continental breakfast from 7am to 11 am and savory appetizers and refreshing cocktails from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
